Day 1 Depart Los Angeles International Airport on Asiana Airlines flight OZ-201 for Seoul, Korea.
Day 2 Arrive Seoul, Korea at 6:30 pm and connect with Asiana Airlines flight OZ-361 departing for Saigon at 8:00 pm. Arrive Saigon at 11:55 pm. Clear customs and immigration, meet guide and transfer
to your hotel.
Day 3 All day Saigon sightseeing tour: Cho Lon (Chinatown) city tour: An Dong Market (Saigon’s largest), Dong Khoi Street, Notre Dame Cathedral, the Colonial Post Office, the newly restored Saigon
Opera House, the Saigon Riverfront, the Thien Hau (Chinese congregation) Pagoda, a visit to the An Dong Market (Saigon’s Largest) the Rex, Caravelle and Majestic colonial hotels, the Hotel d’Ville
(City Hall) and view Reunification Palace from the outside. Return to hotel. Free evening.
Day 4 Morning departure via vehicle for the world famous Cu Chi Tunnels. Stop at places of interest en route. Tour the extensive tunnel complex. Continue on to Tay Ninh adjacent to the Cambodian
border and to the esoteric Cao Dai Holy See. Attend the Cao Dai noon service. The Cao Dai religion fuses elements of Christianity, Buddhism, Island and native animistic beliefs into an amalgam of
color. Return to Saigon stopping at points of interest to the tour group en route. Free evening.
Day 5 Morning check out and departure to the heart of the Mekong Delta via vehicle. Proceed south on Highway 1 through the lush rice fields of Long An Province to the northernmost unofficial capital
of the Mekong Delta, the City of My Tho. Continue on to the My Thuan Bridge which crosses the Song My Tho River, one of the five main distributary rivers of the Mekong River. Cross the newly completed
My Thuan Bridge and continue on through Vinh Long to the Can Tho Ferry. Cross the Bassac River on the 100-ton Can Tho Ferry and enter Can Tho. Transfer to your hotel. Afternoon 2-hour boat ride
through the stunningly exotic and tropical rivers and canals of the Can Tho area. Return to Can Tho and proceed on a 2-hour cyclo ride through the city of Can Tho and the surrounding rural villages
accompanied by your guide on a separate cyclo. Return to hotel via cyclo. Free evening.
Day 6 7:00 am prompt departure via private rivercraft for the Goliath floating markets of Cai Rang and Phung Dien. Tour the floating markets on your rivercraft and return to Can Tho. Check out of
hotel and return to Saigon. Free evening.
Day 7 Early morning check out and transfer to Saigon’s Tan Son Nhut Airport to connect with your flight to Danang on Vietnam’s Central Coastal Littoral Arrive Danang, meet guide and driver and proceed
on a brief Danang city tour. Continue on to the Cham Museum which contains the largest collection of ancient Cham limestone carvings in all of Vietnam. The Kingdom of Champa was an Indian-influenced
Hindu kingdom which occupied Vietnam’s central coastal littoral until the arrival of the Vietnamese in the 14th-century. Continue on to Marble Mountain and the Marble cutters village for a tour. Stop
at the Furama Resort for an optional lunch and a stroll on China Beach. Continue on to the ancient City of Hoi An 27-kilometers south of Danang. Transfer to hotel. Balance of the day walking tour of
this ancient city which Marco Polo passed through on his 13th-century journey to China. Hoi An contains over 800-structures of historical interest including Japanese covered bridges, Chinese and
Japanese merchant houses and temples from the various parts of China. Free evening.
Day 8 Free day to enjoy the ambient town of Hoi An and the state of “being.”
Day 9 Morning check out and proceed via vehicle north on Highway 1. Stop at the towering Hai Van Pass for a spectacular view of the central Vietnamese coastal littoral. Continue on to the ancient
imperial capital of Vietnam, Hue. Transfer to hotel. Afternoon tour: Royal Citadel and the Forbidden Purple City which was the capital of the last Vietnamese dynasty, the Nguyen’s [1802-1945]. Enter
the Forbidden Purple City through the Ngo Mon (Noontime) Gate and proceed to the beautifully restored Thai Hoa Palace. Visit the Royal Library and the Hien Lam Pavilion. Return to hotel, free evening
to stroll the quaint streets of Hue.
Day 10 Morning departure via rivercraft up the Huong Giang (Perfume) River to the Tomb of Minh Mang [1820-1840]. Minh Mang’s tomb is the most harmoniously blended tomb with nature of all of the royal
tombs. Tour the tomb with its numerous pavilions. Return to Hue stopping at the Thien Mu Pagoda, unofficial symbol of the City of Hue. Return to Hotel. Free late afternoon and evening.
Day 11 Morning check out and transfer to Hue’s Phu Bai Airport to connect with your flight to Hanoi. Arrive Hanoi, meet guide and driver and transfer to your hotel. Balance of the day Hanoi city tour:
Hoan Kiem Lake (Lake of the Restored Sword), the The Huc (Rising Sun) Bridge, the Ngoc Son Temple (dedicated to national hero Tran Hung Dao, La To, saint of physicians, and scholar Van Xuong), the
arts gallery across from the The Huc Bridge and view Tortoise Pagoda on Hoan Kiem Lake. Note: Hoan Kiem lake is the emotional vortex of Hanoi. One-hour cyclo tour of the 36-streets and the areas
around the 36-streets. Return to your hotel via cyclo. Free evening.
Day 12 All day Hanoi city tour: St. Joseph’s Cathedral (1886), Maison Central (or Hoa Lo, the Furnace Prison AKA the Hanoi Hilton), Ba Dinh Square: the One-Pillar Pagoda (Chua Mot Cot, circa 1049),
Dien Huu Pagoda, Ho Chi Minh House-on-Stilts, Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum; Temple of Literature (Den Van Mieu, circa 1070, Vietnam’s first national university). Return to hotel. Free evening.
Day 13 Morning check out and departure for Bai Chay via vehicle, stopping at points of interest en route. Arrive Ha Long Bay and transfer to your private ocean going vessel for a five-hour cruise
among the spectacular 3,000 islets and islands that comprise this beautiful bay and World UNESCO site. Lunch served on board your ocean going vessel. Return to Bai Chay and return to Hanoi via
vehicle. Transfer to hotel. Free evening.
Day 14 Morning check out and transfer to the airport to connect with your flight to Vientiane. Arrive Vientiane, clear customs and immigration, meet guide and driver and transfer to your hotel.

sightseeing tour: Wat Xieng Thom (1560), Wat Mai, Wat Pha Huak, Wat Aham, Wat Thammothayalan, Wat Wisunalat (1513), Wat Pha Phutthabaat (1395), the Central Market, Talaat Dala, and a textile village.
Climb Phusi Hill at sunset for a spectacular view of the Luang Prabang River Valley. Return to hotel. Free evening.
Day 16 Morning transfer to the Mekong River to board your private rivercraft for a visit up river to the ancient Pac Ou caves. Sack lunch served at the caves. Tour the caves with hundreds of different
representations of the Buddha. Return to Luang Prabang via rivercraft. Return to hotel. Free evening.
Day 17 Morning check out and transfer to the airport to connect with your flight to Bangkok. Arrive Bangkok and transfer to the Amari Airport Hotel. Free time until check out to check in for your
return flight to the USA.
Day 18 Board your returning Asiana Airlines flight home. Arrive Los Angeles the same day at 12:00 noon.
